Returns and Replacements

All sales are final! Due to the restrictions from health department, there are no refunds for any orders, both online and in store purchase.

To ensure the quality, we will power up and test every item before it is shipped out. There is a rare case that a purchased electronic device is broken. In this case mail it back to us (or bring it back to Plano store) along with the receipt within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange it for the exact same one.

If the product is delivered damaged due to improper shipping, in this case please inform us within 24 hours after you receive the package through email(info@condomsense.com) , attaching a few pictures if it’s possible. You will mail the damaged order back to us (if needed) and get a refund on the amount of shipping fee. We will reship your order.
